TERMS OF SERVICES

1. Services Provided

Miami Studioz LLC provides services including but not limited to:

  • Audio recording

  • Mixing and mastering

  • Music production

  • Video production

  • Creative consulting

  • Studio rental

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Payments

  • Sessions must be booked in advance. (No walk ins unless prior call)

  • A deposit may be required to secure your session.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Remaining balances must be paid before final files are delivered.

The Studio reserves the right to refuse service for non-payment.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Studio Conduct

Clients and guests must:

  • Respect studio equipment and property

  • Follow staff instructions

  • Maintain professional behavior

The Studio reserves the right to terminate a session without refund in cases of:

  • Illegal activity

  • Violent or disruptive behavior

  • Damage to equipment

  • Substance misuse affecting safety

5. Intellectual Property

All creative works remain the property of the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Studio does not claim ownership of Client-created works unless stated in a signed production or partnership agreement.

Clients are responsible for clearing any samples, beats, or third-party content used in their projects.

6. File Delivery & Storage

  • Final files will be delivered upon full payment.

  • The Studio may store session files for a limited time but is not obligated to maintain indefinite backups.

  • Clients are responsible for keeping copies of their final files.

7. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

By entering the premises, Clients assume all risks associated with the use of studio equipment and facilities.

Miami Studioz LLC is not responsible for:

  • Injuries or accidents occurring on the premises

  • Damage or loss of personal belongings

  • Technical failures beyond reasonable control

  • Allergic reactions or issues related to food or beverages provided as a courtesy

Clients and guests agree to exercise reasonable care while on the premises.

8. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS communications related to bookings, reminders, and promotions.

Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy & Confidentiality Agreement, available on our website.

We do not sell or share client data with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Miami Studioz LLC from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from:

  • Copyright infringement

  • Unauthorized sample use

  • Content created by the Client

  • Misuse of the Studio’s facilities

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Florida.

12. Acceptance

By booking a session or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
