Privacy & Confidentiality Agreement

At Miami Studioz, we respect and protect the creative vision of every artist. We understand that ideas, demos, lyrics, visual concepts, strategies, and unreleased projects are valuable assets that require complete discretion and won’t be shared unless permitted by the artist(s)

1. Full Confidentiality

All material shared within the studio — including recordings, sessions, files, compositions, productions, release strategies, and any verbal or written information — will be treated as strictly confidential unless permitted by the artist(s)

2. Content Protection

We commit to not disclose, share, distribute, or use any material without the artist’s or project owner’s prior written authorization.

3. File Security

All digital and physical files are stored securely. Access is limited only to authorized team members directly involved in the project. After one year we are not responsible for keeping them if we are not asked to, we probably will stored but don’t assure it. You can ask for your files after the sessions or any time during the year after your session

4. Intellectual Property

Miami Studioz does not claim ownership of client-created works unless explicitly agreed by both parties or session goes unpaid.

5. A Safe Creative Environment

If a formal NDA or Split sheet is required, we are happy to provide a signed agreement prior to any session.

6. SMS Communications & A2P 10DLC Compliance

By providing your phone number to Miami Studioz LLC through our website forms, booking pages, advertisements, or direct communication, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages related to:

• Appointment confirmations

• Session reminders

• Booking updates

• Studio-related announcements

• Promotions and marketing offers

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying:

• STOP – to unsubscribe

• HELP – for assistance

• After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt back in.

No Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data or consent information with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

By entering and using the facilities of Miami Studioz LLC, the Client and any accompanying guests acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

The Client understands that participation in recording sessions, video production, and related studio activities may involve the use of electrical equipment, cables, lighting, furniture, studio structures, and other equipment.

The Client voluntarily assumes all risks of injury, damage, or loss that may arise from the use of studio equipment, furniture, facilities, or participation in any studio-related activity.

Release of Liability

Miami Studioz LLC shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage to persons or personal property occurring on the premises, including but not limited to injuries resulting from:

• Use or misuse of studio equipment

• Interaction with studio furniture or fixtures

• Slips, trips, or falls within the facility

• Electrical equipment or recording gear

• Food, beverages, or refreshments provided by the Studio

Clients are responsible for exercising reasonable care while on the premises.

Food & Beverage Disclaimer

Any snacks or refreshments provided by the Studio are offered as a courtesy. Clients acknowledge responsibility for any allergies, dietary restrictions, or health conditions and consume any provided items at their own risk.
